My Statement of Integrity

I commit to showing up in my coaching work as a clear, grounded, and trustworthy presence. I lead with service—placing the needs, dignity, and growth of my clients at the center of every interaction. I listen deeply, speak truthfully, and engage with openness, even when conversations are uncomfortable or require courage.

I operate with transparency and honesty, offering direct feedback that is rooted in respect and care. I do not over-promise or perform; instead, I partner with clients in a way that is real, accountable, and aligned with what is genuinely possible.

One of the areas in which I offer coaching support is helping individuals examine and, if they choose, change their relationship with alcohol. I offer this work from personal experience. Alcohol did not serve me well, and my last alcoholic drink was on April 17, 2023. I have not desired alcohol since. I share this not as an expectation or prescription for others, but as a point of clarity and transparency about my own relationship with the substance, so clients understand where I stand.

As a coach, I bring no judgment, agenda, or moral framing to a client’s relationship with any substance of “bad habit”. Each person’s path is their own. My role is to create a safe, honest, and supportive space where clients can explore what is true for them and make choices aligned with their values, goals, and well-being.

I am growth-minded and continuously evolving—willing to examine my own assumptions, learn from experience, and expand my perspective so that my coaching remains relevant, ethical, and impactful. I welcome feedback as a tool for refinement, not defense.

I commit to being a clear and differentiated presence: steady, discerning, and intentional. I do not coach from formulas or trends, but from presence, insight, and integrity. My work is grounded in clarity, purpose, and respect for each client’s autonomy and capacity.

Above all, I honor the responsibility of this role—to hold space with care, to speak with truth, and to serve with integrity.
